Such interaction allows for the preparation of specialists whose competencies fully meet the current market demands and enables joint efforts towards Ukraine&#8217;s technological future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Key areas of the university&#8217;s partnership with business include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Creation of Collaborative Innovation Spaces<\/strong>: <strong>ARISTON FRANKIVSK LAB<\/strong>, laboratories based on equipment of <strong>Emerson, Siemens, Phoenix-Contact, Honeywell<\/strong> and others. This allows students to study using real hardware that is used in modern manufacturing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Investments in Human Capital<\/strong>: For business partners, cooperation with IFNTUOG is primarily an investment in people and the development of the industry. Joint projects are aimed at overcoming the shortage of qualified engineers capable of working with the latest technologies in thermal engineering, automation, and renewable energy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Practical Integration and Dual Education<\/strong>: Business takes direct part in the educational process by conducting professional training, certification programs, and internships. Companies provide students with the opportunity to master elements of real job professions, which significantly increases their competitiveness immediately after graduation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Support for Innovation and Entrepreneurship<\/strong>: The University provides businesses with access to its innovative capacities, particularly through <strong>Center for Innovative Development (Fab Lab)<\/strong> and <strong>Business Incubator<\/strong>. This creates conditions for the development of layouts, models, and prototypes for innovative entrepreneurs, stimulating the growth of the local economy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Joint Efforts on Ukraine&#8217;s Reconstruction<\/strong>: In the face of modern challenges, cooperation is focused on energy efficiency and the modernization of destroyed infrastructure.
